Hotel rooms will be provided on double/triple sharing basis depending on package & availability.

Vehicle type (AC Bus/Tempo Traveller/Car) depends on group size & road conditions.

The itinerary is subject to weather, traffic & local conditions; JKV Travel reserves the right to alter schedules.

Any additional expenses due to flight delays, weather, strikes, or natural events are to be borne by travelers.

Cancellation Policy

30+ days before departure: Full refund (after deducting 5% service charges).

15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of tour cost.

7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of tour cost.

Less than 7 days / No Show: No refund.

In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or unforeseen events, JKV Travel will try to reschedule but refunds will be subject to arrangements made.
