Balance to be paid 30 days before departure.
For Urgent/Last-Minute Bookings:
100% payment required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Advance amount is non-refundable.
100% trip cost payable to confirm booking.
Cancel 30+ days before: 50% of the remaining amount refunded.
Cancel 15-30 days before: 25% of the remaining amount refunded.
Cancel 0-15 days before: No refund.
No refund if trips are cancelled due to natural calamities or government restrictions.
Discount voucher for future trips (valid for 365 days) will be provided.
Extra expenses due to unforeseen circumstances to be borne by the customer.
No refund if you can’t join due to illness; you may send a replacement.

Travelers are responsible for valid ID proofs & permits.
Any damage to property will be borne by the traveler.
