• Meals not mentioned in the itinerary
• Adventure sports activities
• Medical expenses & insurance
• Extra transportation beyond the program
• Refunds for unused services
• Expenses from unforeseen circumstances
• Anything not listed under “Inclusions”

Payment Policy

• 25% advance payment required to confirm the booking.
• Balance to be paid 30 days before departure.
• For Urgent/Last-Minute Bookings:
• 100% payment required at the time of booking.
• Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel before 10 days: 50% advance refunded
• Cancel after 10 days: No refund
• Trips canceled due to natural calamities/unforeseen events: No refund, customer bears extra expenses
• Company not liable for natural calamity-related losses
• If unwell, no refund/transfer; replacement allowed at your end

2. Trip schedule is subject to weather and road conditions.

3. Any extra expenses due to natural calamities or delays will be borne by the guest.

4. Guests are requested to carry valid ID proof.

5. Strictly no littering at beaches, caves, or trek routes.
