25% advance payment required to confirm the booking.
Balance to be paid 30 days before departure.
For Urgent/Last-Minute Bookings:
100% payment required at the time of booking.
Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer

Cancellation Policy

30+ days before travel: 25% of package cost will be charged.
15–30 days before travel: 50% of package cost will be charged.
7–15 days before travel: 75% of package cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% of package cost will be charged.

JKV Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Rates are based on the current taxes & fuel costs; any hike will be borne by the guest.
