  • Balance to be paid 30 days before departure.

  • 100% payment required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Package Includes Two Parts:

  • Transportation – Covers air tickets (subject to airline policies)

  • Land Package – Includes hotels, transfers, sightseeing, trains, buses & ferries

Land Package Cancellation Charges:

  • Up to 15 days before departure – 30% of package cost

  • 7 days before departure – 50% of package cost

  • 3 to 7 days before departure – 75% of package cost

  • Less than 3 days to 24 hrs before departure – 100% of package cost

Airfare cancellation is as per airline policy – can be checked directly with the airline.

Terms & Conditions

  • Internal Transport – Ferries, buses & trains booked in 2nd class; no seat preference (window/aisle) guaranteed

  • Upgrade Option – 1st class upgrades available only on request before initial payment, fare difference applicable

  • Visa Responsibility – Travelers must provide all necessary documents for visa processing

  • Visa Granting – Subject to the sole discretion of the embassy/high commission

  • Visa Assistance – Agency supports documentation on a best-effort basis only

  • Important – Any past visa refusal/rejection must be disclosed to the agency’s visa team
