  • 5% TCS on Land Services as per Indian Govt. mandate (redeemable during tax returns)

  • Other personal expenses not mentioned in inclusions are excluded

Payment Policy
Cancellation Policy

  • Package is divided into two parts:

    • Transportation: Includes air tickets (cancellation as per respective airline policy)

    • Land Package: Includes hotels, transfers, sightseeing, trains, buses & ferries

  • Land Package Cancellation Charges:

    • Up to 15 days before departure: 30% of package cost

    • 7 to 15 days before departure: 50% of package cost

    • 3 to 7 days before departure: 75% of package cost

    • Less than 3 days (up to 24 hrs): 100% of package cost

  • Note: Airfare cancellation policy to be checked with the respective airline

Terms & Conditions

  • Internal Transport (Ferries, Buses & Trains):

    • Booked in 2nd class category

    • Seat preferences (window/aisle) are not guaranteed

    • Upgrades to 1st class available on request before initial payment (fare difference applicable)

  • Hotels:

    • Subject to availability

    • Same or similar category hotels will be provided

  • Visa Guidelines:

    • Travelers must provide all required documents for visa application

    • Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/High Commission

    • JKV Travel facilitates documentation only on a best-effort basis

    • Any history of visa refusal/rejection must be disclosed to our visa team
