Payment Policy

  • At the time of booking: 50% of total package cost

  • 30 days before departure: Balance 50% of package cost

  • In case of last-minute bookings (less than 30 days prior), 100% advance payment required

  • Payments to be made via bank transfer / UPI / cheque (subject to clearance)

Cancellation Policy

Package Structure:

  • The holiday package includes two parts:

    • Transportation: Air tickets

    • Land Package: Hotels, transfers, sightseeing, trains, buses & ferries

Air Ticket Cancellation:

  • As per airline policy – to be checked directly with the airline

Land Package Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 15 days before departure: 30% of package cost

  • 7 to 15 days before departure: 50% of package cost

  • 2 to 7 days before departure: 75% of package cost

  • Less than 24 hrs to 3 days: 100% of package cost

Terms & Conditions

  • Trains, Buses & Ferries:

    • Bookings will be in 2nd class only

    • No seat preference (window/aisle) can be guaranteed

    • For 1st class upgrade, inform before initial payment – fare difference will apply

  • Hotels:

    • Provided as per availability

    • Same or similar category hotels will be offered

  • VISA Terms:

    • Travellers must provide all required documents, including a valid passport

    • Visa approval is solely at the embassy's discretion

    • The agency facilitates documentation on a best-effort basis only

    • Past visa refusals must be disclosed to the agency

  • Train Fare Note:

    • Train prices in Europe are dynamic and subject to availability
