Payment Policy

  • At Booking: 25% of total package cost

  • 45 Days before Departure: 50% of package cost

  • 15 Days before Departure: Balance 25% of package cost

(Full payment must be cleared before issuance of final vouchers & tickets)

Cancellation Policy

Transportation Includes:

Land Package Includes:

Land Package Cancellation Charges:

  • Up to 15 days before departure: 30% of package cost

  • 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of package cost

  • 2 to 7 days before departure: 75% of package cost

  • Less than 24 hours to 3 days before departure: 100% of package cost

Terms & Conditions

  • Internal Transport (Ferries, Buses & Trains):

    • No seat preference (window/aisle not guaranteed)

    • 2nd class bookings only by default

    • Upgrade to 1st class available on request before initial payment (fare difference applies)

  • Visa Responsibility:

    • Travellers must submit valid documents and passport as per embassy requirements

    • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy

    • The agency only assists with documentation on a best-effort basis

    • Any past visa refusal/rejection must be disclosed in advance

  • Hotel Policy:

    • Hotels mentioned in the itinerary will be booked

    • In case of unavailability, similar category hotels will be provided
