  • Tour guides are not included in the package (can be arranged at extra cost)

  • Any additional charges arising due to natural calamities, political disturbances, VIP movement, etc.

  • The services of vehicles are not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the itinerary

  • Any kind of drinks (alcohol, mineral, aerated, bed tea on tour, or any other snack while waiting at airport or jetty)

  • Additional costs due to flight cancellation, etc. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and/or any factors beyond control

Payment Policy

  • 50% of package cost required for booking confirmation

  • Balance 50% to be paid 15 days before departure

  • Payments accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days before departure – Full refund (after deducting transaction fees)

  • 15–30 days before departure – 50% refund

  • Less than 15 days – No refund

  • In case of natural calamities or flight cancellations, refund will be processed as per hotel/transport policies

Terms & Conditions

  • Hotels & ferries are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • JKV Travel reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of unavoidable circumstances.

  • Sightseeing depends on weather and government permissions.

  • Any unused services are non-refundable.

  • Carry valid ID proofs (Aadhar/Passport) for all travelers.

  • Package rates are based on minimum 2 adults sharing a room.

  • Extra charges apply for early check-in/late check-out at hotels.
