- 50% Advance for booking confirmation.
- 50% before trip start.
Cancellation Policy

30+ days before departure: Full refund (after deducting 5% service charges).

15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of tour cost.

7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of tour cost.

Less than 7 days / No Show: No refund.

In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or unforeseen events, JKV Travel will try to reschedule but refunds will be subject to arrangements made.
