Cancellation 30 days before departure: 80% refund
Cancellation 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
Cancellation 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund
Advance payment is non-refundable in all cases

Train/flight timings and routes are subject to change as per availability.
Accommodation will be provided on double/triple sharing basis depending on availability.
Participants must carry valid government ID proof during the trip.
JKV Travel will not be responsible for loss of baggage, valuables, or personal belongings.
Any damage caused to property during the trip will be borne by the participant.
The itinerary is subject to weather conditions and local regulations.
