Balance 50% to be paid 15 days before departure.
Payments to be made via UPI/Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

30+ days before travel: 25% of total package.
22–30 days before travel: 50% of total package.
20 Days or Less 100% No refund
Peak season / Long weekends / Non-refundable hotels: 100% charges.
Visa fees: Always non-refundable once applied.
Refunds depend on hotel/transport/service provider approval.

50% advance required to confirm the package. Full payment 15 days before travel
Prices may change due to availability or currency fluctuations.
Hotel check-in at 3:00 PM & check-out at 12:00 PM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability.
A refundable security deposit may be required by the hotel at check-in.
Original passport/Emirates ID is mandatory for hotel check-in (photocopies not accepted).
Vehicles are not on disposal; services follow itinerary timings only.
Anything not mentioned in inclusions (airfare, water sports, personal expenses, etc.) is excluded.
JKV Travel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or delays caused by weather, strikes, or flight issues.
Any change in travel dates will require a fresh quotation.
Confirming the booking means the client agrees to all terms and policies.
